 | When run in trial mode, ClipCount displays registration window each time the program is run. The reason you receive registration window on Windows startup is that by default ClipCount is configured to start with Windows.

| Please ensure that nobody else in the network runs ClipCount under your license. If ClipCount is run on another PC in the network, both instances will close with the error you mentioned. |
