Solution
Translation Office 3000 Version 9.0 is localized into a number of languages. You can check the following page for currently released languages:

Users can change language of TO3000 document templates by editing them and replacing English text with text in the required language. Templates are stored in Translation Office 3000 V9.0/Templates folder (in C:Program Files/AIT by default). They are sorted into Invoices, Payments etc. folders. Please note, that variables (all text between "\\" symbols) must not be edited.
