Solution
AnyMem can build a translation memory using a bilingual DOC file. To obtain a TMX from a bilingual file, please do as follows:
1. Run AnyMem.
2. Open required translation memory or create new one (on the Memory menu click New or Open).
3. On the Memory menu click Import from file.
4. Click Add button, and select required bilingual DOC files.
5. Click Settings button and set rules for recording segment translations to memory.
6. Click Import to begin importing.
